Swedish Massage

30 minutes = $45

60 minutes = $70

90 minutes = $100

Swedish massage is characterized by gentle strokes including long gliding strokes, kneading, tapping, stretching, rocking, and still touch to warm the muscle tissue and joints for more focused work. Once the tissue is warmed, the therapist may use deep tissue massage techniques such as compression and cross-fiber friction to address areas of chronic tightness, tension, and pain.

30 minutes = $45

60 minutes = $70

90 minutes = $100

Reiki Massage

30 minutes = $50

60 minutes = $80

90 minutes = $110

Reiki, which means Universal Life Force, is an energy healing system that is thousands of years old. The client remains clothed during the session and the practitioner places his or her hands gently on different parts of the body to facilitate energy flow through the chakras and create a calmness and harmony to allow the body and mind to come together and accelerate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Cupping Massage

60 minutes = $85

90 minutes = $115

Cupping is a subtle, yet powerful addition to any healthcare practice and complements many healing modalities. This technique is also easily used at home for treating many common conditions.

Through several thousand years of clinical experience, the therapeutic applications of cupping have been documented. By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping is used to: drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles and stimulate the peripheral nervous system.

Hot Stone Massage

60 minutes = $80

90 minutes = $110

Warm smooth stones are placed on the body and held in the practitioner’s hands while doing the massage. While the pressure used in a hot stone massage is fairly light, the warmth of the stones penetrates the tissues to promote deep relaxation of tense muscles and calm the mind and body.
